Vegetarian three delights rice
Vegetarian version of fried rice with tofu and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 300 g long-grain rice
- 900 g water
- 3 eggs
- 200 g firm tofu in cubes
- 1 carrot
- 100 g peas
- 2 spring onions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 50 g sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water and salt in the mixing bowl and set 8 min/100C/speed 1.
- Place the rice in the basket, insert it in the mixing bowl and set 13 min/100C/speed 4.
- Drain the rice, spread it on a tray and let it cool.
- Beat the eggs in a separate pan to make a thin omelette and chop it.
- Put the sunflower oil and the spring onions in the mixing bowl and saute 4 min/Varoma/spoon speed.
- Add the tofu, the carrot in small cubes and the peas and stir-fry 6 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the cold rice, the chopped egg, the soy sauce and the sesame oil.
- Stir-fry everything 4 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed taking care not to mash it.
- Adjust soy and salt and serve very hot.
Tips
- Brown the tofu beforehand so it stays firmer and tastier.
- Cold rice from the day before stays looser.
- For a vegan version replace the egg with more tofu.
