Ingredients

  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • 200 ml of coconut plant drink
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 30 g of cornflour
  • the zest of one lime
  • grated coconut to decorate

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the coconut milk, the plant drink, the sugar and the cornflour in the mixing bowl and mix 15 sec/speed 4.
  2. Program 8 min/90°C/speed 4 until it thickens.
  3. Add the lime zest and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
  4. Distribute the cream into bowls.
  5. Let it cool down and refrigerate 3 hours.
  6. Decorate with grated coconut before serving.

  • Shake the coconut milk well before using it.
