Vegan and tropical coconut cream with a touch of lime.

Ingredients
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- 200 ml of coconut plant drink
- 80 g of sugar
- 30 g of cornflour
- the zest of one lime
- grated coconut to decorate
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the coconut milk, the plant drink, the sugar and the cornflour in the mixing bowl and mix 15 sec/speed 4.
- Program 8 min/90°C/speed 4 until it thickens.
- Add the lime zest and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
- Distribute the cream into bowls.
- Let it cool down and refrigerate 3 hours.
- Decorate with grated coconut before serving.
Tips
- Shake the coconut milk well before using it.
- Adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of your plant drink.
