Homemade peanut butter
Natural peanut butter with no additives, ready in minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g peanuts, shelled and roasted without salt
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon honey or syrup (optional)
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the peanuts in the mixing bowl and blend 30 sec/speed 6.
- Scrape down the sides with the spatula.
- Blend again 1 min/speed 5-10 until they release their oil.
- Add the oil, salt and sweetener if you use it.
- Blend 1 more min/speed 8 until you get a fluid cream.
- If you want it chunky, set aside a chopped handful and mix 5 sec/speed 3 at the end.
- Pack into a clean jar.
Tips
- Store at room temperature for up to 1 month; stir if the oil separates.
- Use honey for a vegetarian version or agave syrup for a vegan one.
- The more you blend, the creamier it will be.
