Ingredients

  • 120 g oat flour
  • 300 ml oat drink
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  2. Mix 20 sec/speed 5 until you get a fluid batter.
  3. Let the batter rest 10 minutes so it thickens a bit.
  4. Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan.
  5. Pour a thin ladle and spread by swirling the pan.
  6. Cook 1 minute, flip carefully and brown 30 more seconds.
  7. Fill with compote or nut spread.

Tips

  • Grease the pan with an oiled napkin between crepes.
  • If the batter thickens too much add a little more drink.
