Ingredients

  • 250 g cooked and drained lentils
  • 1 zucchini (150 g) in sticks
  • 1 red bell pepper (120 g) in strips
  • 1 carrot (80 g) in sticks
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A handful of lamb's lettuce
  • 700 g water

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the water in the mixing bowl.
  2. Place the zucchini, the bell pepper and the carrot in the Varoma dish.
  3. Set the Varoma in position and program 15 min/Varoma/speed 1.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette mixing vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the lentils with the steamed vegetables, still warm, in a bowl.
  6. Add the lamb's lettuce and the vinaigrette and stir gently.
  7. Serve warm so the flavors blend.

Tips

  • Nutritional note: a combination of legume and vegetable, very filling and low in fat.
  • Serve warm, as it is more comforting than cold.
  • Add sunflower seeds for a crunchy touch.
