Intense blue cheese dip with cream and walnuts, perfect for spreading.

Ingredients
- 150 g blue cheese
- 150 g cream cheese
- 80 g cooking cream
- 50 g shelled walnuts
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Chopped chives to garnish
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the walnuts in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5, remove half and set aside.
- Add the blue cheese, the cream cheese and the cream to the mixing bowl.
- Set 4 min/60°C/speed 3 so it melts slightly.
- Add the pepper and the honey and mix 15 sec/speed 4.
- Check that you get a smooth, uniform cream.
- Transfer to a bowl suitable for serving.
- Spread the reserved walnuts and the chives on top.
- Serve warm or cold with crackers or crudites.
Tips
- The honey balances the intensity of the blue cheese.
- Use a mild blue cheese if you prefer it less strong.
- Serve with celery or apple sticks.
