Spaghetti with garlic shrimp
Pasta with shrimp, garlic and chili of Mediterranean flavor.
Ingredients
- 350 g spaghetti
- 1200 g water
- 300 g peeled shrimp
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 dried chili
- 80 g extra virgin olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- Lemon zest
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water and salt in the mixing bowl and set 10 min/Varoma/speed 1.
- Add the spaghetti through the lid hole and set 9 min/100C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Drain the pasta reserving a ladle of the water and set it aside covered.
- Without washing the mixing bowl, put the sliced garlic, the chili and the oil and saute 4 min/Varoma/spoon speed.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry 3 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
- Pour in the white wine and set 2 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed without the measuring cup.
- Add the drained pasta and a little of the reserved water and mix 1 min/reverse/spoon speed.
- Adjust the salt and add the chopped parsley.
- Serve with lemon zest on top.
Tips
- Do not overdo the chili so it does not mask the flavor of the shrimp.
- The cooking water binds the sauce with the pasta.
- The lemon zest adds a delicious fresh touch.
