Ingredients
- 400 g white fish fillet, diced
- 150 g peeled shrimp
- 700 g potato, diced
- 400 ml milk
- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 1 onion, in quarters
- 80 ml heavy cream
- Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step

- Put the potato with water and salt in the mixing bowl and cook 20 minutes, Varoma, speed 1. Drain and mash with the butter and cream.
- Put the onion in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec, speed 5.
- Add the butter and flour and cook 3 minutes, Varoma, speed 1.
- Add the milk little by little and cook 8 minutes, 90°C, speed 3, until the sauce thickens.
- Put the fish and shrimp in a baking dish, cover with the sauce and parsley.
- Top with the mash and broil 20 minutes at 200°C.
Tips
- Mix several fish for more flavor.
- A layer of grated cheese on the mash browns very well.
