- 400 g cooked pinto beans with their broth
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 100 g chorizo
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Salt to taste
- 400 g water

- Put the bacon and chorizo in the mixing bowl. Sauté 6 min/120°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic and the sliced peppers. Cook 4 min/120°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook 5 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the beans with their broth and the water. Set 20 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the chopped cilantro and salt; mix 1 min/reverse/spoon speed.
- Serve piping hot as a starter or side.
Tips
- Use the bean broth for more flavor and body.
- Add sausage or ribs if you want a heartier version.
