Vegan oat and banana cookies
Soft cookies with no added sugar, just three base ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 150 g of rolled oats
- 60 g of vegan chocolate chips
- 40 g of raisins
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Add the peeled and chopped bananas and grind 10 sec/speed 5.
- Add the oats, the cinnamon and the salt and mix 15 sec/speed 3.
- Add the chips and the raisins and fold in 10 sec/speed 2 reverse.
- Form little mounds on a tray with baking paper and flatten them.
- Bake 15 min at 180C until golden at the edges.
- Let them cool on the tray so they settle.
Tips
- The riper the banana the sweeter they turn out.
- Check that the chocolate is vegan.
- They stay soft, best eaten within two days.
