Vegan oat and banana cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 150 g of rolled oats
  • 60 g of vegan chocolate chips
  • 40 g of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Add the peeled and chopped bananas and grind 10 sec/speed 5.
  3. Add the oats, the cinnamon and the salt and mix 15 sec/speed 3.
  4. Add the chips and the raisins and fold in 10 sec/speed 2 reverse.
  5. Form little mounds on a tray with baking paper and flatten them.
  6. Bake 15 min at 180C until golden at the edges.
  7. Let them cool on the tray so they settle.

Tips

  • The riper the banana the sweeter they turn out.
  • Check that the chocolate is vegan.
  • They stay soft, best eaten within two days.
