Ingredients
- 80 g rolled oats
- 1 litre very cold water
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the oats, the cold water, the syrup, the salt and the vanilla in the mixing bowl.
- For plant-based milks blend 1 min/speed 10 and strain with the basket.
- Do not over-blend to prevent the oats from releasing too much starch.
- Strain with a fine cloth bag without pressing too much.
- Keep in a bottle in the fridge and shake before using.
Tips
- Use cold water and do not heat the drink so it does not turn slimy.
- For a gluten-free version use certified gluten-free oats.
