Ingredients
- 400 g of meat stock
- 1 onion
- 30 g of butter
- 30 g of wheat flour
- 40 g of red wine
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the onion in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Add the butter and saute 6 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add the flour and saute 2 min/100°C/speed 2.
- Pour in the wine, stock, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
- Set 6 min/100°C/speed 3 until the sauce thickens.
- Blend 20 sec/speed 6 for a smooth texture and serve hot.

- Use the roast juices for a tastier gravy.
- Use corn flour for a gluten-free version.
