Step-by-step
Using a different robot? Switch it here:
- Put the water, yeast, oil, salt and flour in the mixing bowl. Set 3 min/closed lid/dough mode.
- Remove and let the dough rise 40 min covered with a kitchen towel.
- Roll out very thin on a preheated baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Pre-bake the dough alone about 5 min at 230°C so it turns crisp.
- Cover with the tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano and olives.
- Bake at 230°C for 8 to 10 min until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden.
Tips
- A very hot pizza stone gives that crispy pizzeria touch.
- Don't overload it with sauce so the base doesn't turn soggy.
