Ingredients
- 6 bratwurst-style sausages
- 2 onions, sliced
- 300 ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step

- Put the onion in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec, speed 4.
- Add the oil and sauté 6 min, Varoma, speed 1.
- Add the flour and paprika and cook 2 min, Varoma, speed 1.
- Add the broth, mustard, salt and pepper and mix 10 sec, speed 3.
- Put the sausages in the sauce and cook 20 min, Varoma, reverse, spoon speed.
- Serve hot with the onion sauce on top.
Tips
- Serve with mashed potatoes or sauerkraut.
- Brown the sausages in a pan beforehand for more flavor.
