Yogurt and cucumber sauce
Fresh tzatziki of yogurt, cucumber and mint for dipping.

Ingredients
- 400 g of Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 g of lemon juice
- 20 g of extra virgin olive oil
- A few mint or dill leaves
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Grate the cucumber, lightly salt it and let its water drain aside.
- Put the garlic and mint in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 7.
- Add the yogurt, lemon, oil and salt.
- Mix 10 sec/speed 3 to integrate without over-beating.
- Add the drained cucumber through the lid opening.
- Mix 5 sec/speed 2 and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Tips
- Draining the cucumber well prevents the sauce from being watery.
- Pairs with grilled meats, pita bread or vegetables.
- Use coconut yogurt for a vegan version.
