Ingredients
- 500 g fresh tortellini
- 1200 g water
- 150 g serrano ham in cubes
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 garlic clove
- 60 g grated parmesan cheese
- 30 g butter
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water and salt in the mixing bowl and set 10 min/Varoma/speed 1.
- Add the tortellini through the lid hole and set 6 min/100C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Drain the pasta carefully and set it aside covered.
- Without washing the mixing bowl, put the butter and the garlic and saute 3 min/100C/spoon speed.
- Add the ham in cubes and saute 3 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
- Pour in the cream, the nutmeg and pepper and set 4 min/90C/speed 2.
- Add the parmesan and mix 30 sec/speed 3 until the sauce binds.
- Add the tortellini and mix 1 min/reverse/spoon speed gently.
- Adjust the salt carefully because the ham already adds salt.
- Serve right away with chopped parsley.
Tips
- Mix the tortellini gently so they do not break.
- Serrano ham already adds salt, taste before salting.
- Serve right away because the cream sauce thickens as it cools.
