Coconut Beijinho (Beijinho)
Little condensed milk and coconut sweets topped with a clove.

Ingredients
- 395 g condensed milk
- 60 g grated coconut
- 20 g butter
- A pinch of salt
- 60 g grated coconut for coating
- Cloves for decorating
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the condensed milk, coconut, butter and salt in the mixing bowl.
- Set 12 min/100°C/speed 2 without the measuring cup until the mixture pulls away from the bottom.
- Pour onto a greased plate and let cool for 30 minutes.
- With greased hands form balls the size of a walnut.
- Roll each ball in grated coconut.
- Place a clove in the center of each one.
- Put in little paper cups and serve.
Tips
- Grease your hands with butter so they do not stick.
- The clove is decorative; remove it before eating if you prefer.
- Keep refrigerated until serving.
