Ingredients

  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 60 g grated coconut
  • 20 g butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 60 g grated coconut for coating
  • Cloves for decorating

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the condensed milk, coconut, butter and salt in the mixing bowl.
  2. Set 12 min/100°C/speed 2 without the measuring cup until the mixture pulls away from the bottom.
  3. Pour onto a greased plate and let cool for 30 minutes.
  4. With greased hands form balls the size of a walnut.
  5. Roll each ball in grated coconut.
  6. Place a clove in the center of each one.
  7. Put in little paper cups and serve.

Tips

  • Grease your hands with butter so they do not stick.
  • The clove is decorative; remove it before eating if you prefer.
  • Keep refrigerated until serving.
