Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 180 g of sugar
- 280 g of flour
- 120 ml of sunflower oil
- 180 ml of milk
- 1 sachet of baking powder (16 g)
- 150 g of blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Preheat the oven to 190C.
- Add the eggs and the sugar and beat 1 min/speed 4.
- Add the oil, the milk and the vanilla and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
- Add the flour, the baking powder and the salt and mix 15 sec/speed 3 without overmixing.
- Coat the blueberries in a little flour and add them with the spatula.
- Divide the batter into muffin liners filling three quarters.
- Bake 20 min at 190C until golden.
- Let cool on a rack.
Tips
- Do not overmix the batter so they stay tender.
- Floured blueberries do not sink to the bottom.
- Serve slightly warm.
