Ingredients
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 150 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of flour
- 80 g of walnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Preheat the oven to 175C.
- Chop the walnuts 3 sec/speed 4 and set them aside.
- Put the chocolate in the mixing bowl and grind it 10 sec/speed 8.
- Add the butter and melt 4 min/50C/speed 2.
- Add the sugar, the eggs, the vanilla and the salt and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
- Add the flour and mix 15 sec/speed 3.
- Add the walnuts and fold in 10 sec/speed 2 reverse.
- Pour into a lined square mold and bake 22 min at 175C.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
Tips
- Do not overbake: the center should stay moist.
- It improves from one day to the next.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
