Ingredients

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 150 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of flour
  • 80 g of walnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Preheat the oven to 175C.
  2. Chop the walnuts 3 sec/speed 4 and set them aside.
  3. Put the chocolate in the mixing bowl and grind it 10 sec/speed 8.
  4. Add the butter and melt 4 min/50C/speed 2.
  5. Add the sugar, the eggs, the vanilla and the salt and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
  6. Add the flour and mix 15 sec/speed 3.
  7. Add the walnuts and fold in 10 sec/speed 2 reverse.
  8. Pour into a lined square mold and bake 22 min at 175C.
  9. Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.

Tips

  • Do not overbake: the center should stay moist.
  • It improves from one day to the next.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
