Classic Brigadeiro (Brigadeiro)

Ingredients

  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20 g butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles for coating

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the condensed milk, cocoa, butter and salt in the mixing bowl.
  2. Set 12 min/100°C/speed 2 without the measuring cup so the moisture evaporates.
  3. The mixture is ready when it pulls away from the bottom of the mixing bowl as you tilt it.
  4. Pour the mixture onto a greased plate and let cool for 30 minutes.
  5. With greased hands form balls the size of a walnut.
  6. Roll each ball in the chocolate sprinkles.
  7. Place in little paper cups and serve.

Tips

  • Keep an eye on the cooking so it does not burn.
  • Grease your hands well with butter to shape the balls.
  • You can also coat them in grated coconut or sugar strands.
