Ingredients
- 600 g of pork loin in cubes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 150 g of pineapple in chunks
- 60 g of ketchup
- 30 g of rice vinegar
- 30 g of sugar
- 20 g of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- Cornstarch and oil for coating and frying
- 200 g of pineapple juice
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Coat the pork cubes in cornstarch and fry them until golden, then set them aside.
- Put the pineapple juice, the ketchup, the vinegar, the sugar and the soy in the mixing bowl.
- Mix 5 sec/speed 3 and set 5 min/100°C/speed 2 without the measuring cup.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a tablespoon of water and add it to the mixing bowl.
- Set 3 min/100°C/speed 2 until the sauce thickens.
- Add the bell peppers in cubes and the pineapple and mix 10 sec/reverse/spoon speed.
- Set 4 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed so the bell peppers stay al dente.
- Add the fried pork and mix 20 sec/reverse/spoon speed.
- Serve right away over white rice.
Tips
- Add the pork at the end so it does not lose its crispy texture.
- Fresh pineapple adds more freshness than canned.
