Ingredients
- 250 g warm milk
- 1 packet dry baker's yeast
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 60 g melted butter
- 500 g strong bread flour
- A pinch of salt
- 80 g butter for the filling
- 100 g brown sugar for the filling
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 100 g powdered sugar and 30 g cream cheese for the glaze
Step-by-step

- Put the warm milk, yeast and sugar in the mixing bowl and mix 1 min, 37°C, speed 2.
- Add the egg, melted butter, flour and salt.
- Knead 4 min, lid closed, dough mode.
- Let the dough rise, covered, for 1 hour until doubled in volume.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread with the filling butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up, cut into slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise 30 min and bake 22 min at 180°C.
- Mix the powdered sugar with the cream cheese and a little milk, and glaze the warm rolls.
Tips
- Serve them warm so the glaze melts a little.
- You can let the dough rise in the fridge overnight.
