Yoghurt cream with honey
Smooth dessert of creamy yoghurt with honey and walnuts.

Ingredients
- 500 g of Greek yoghurt
- 200 ml of whipping cream
- 60 g of honey
- 4 gelatine sheets
- chopped walnuts
- extra honey to serve
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Hydrate the gelatine in cold water.
- Put the cream and the honey in the mixing bowl and program 3 min/50°C/speed 2.
- Add the drained gelatine and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
- Add the Greek yoghurt and mix 30 sec/speed 3.
- Distribute into glasses and refrigerate 3 hours.
- Decorate with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve very cold.
Tips
- Use Greek yoghurt for more creaminess.
- Toast the walnuts slightly for more flavour.
