Yoghurt cream with honey

Ingredients

  • 500 g of Greek yoghurt
  • 200 ml of whipping cream
  • 60 g of honey
  • 4 gelatine sheets
  • chopped walnuts
  • extra honey to serve

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Hydrate the gelatine in cold water.
  2. Put the cream and the honey in the mixing bowl and program 3 min/50°C/speed 2.
  3. Add the drained gelatine and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
  4. Add the Greek yoghurt and mix 30 sec/speed 3.
  5. Distribute into glasses and refrigerate 3 hours.
  6. Decorate with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
  7. Serve very cold.

Tips

  • Use Greek yoghurt for more creaminess.
  • Toast the walnuts slightly for more flavour.
