Ingredients
- 250 g wheat flour
- 500 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 30 g melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 5.
- Scrape down the sides and mix another 10 sec/speed 4.
- Let the batter rest 15 minutes so it loses bubbles.
- Heat a lightly greased flat pan over medium heat.
- Pour a thin ladle and spread by swirling the pan.
- Cook 1 minute, flip and brown 30 more seconds.
- Fill with jam, chocolate spread or ham and cheese.
Tips
- Thin, rested batter gives thinner crepes.
- Grease the pan with a little butter between each crepe.
