Mixed berry jam
A mix of berries with a sweet and tart balance.

Ingredients
- 800 g mixed berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, currant)
- 350 g sugar
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon pectin (optional)
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the berries in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice, mix 5 sec/speed 3.
- Place the basket on the lid to prevent splashes.
- Set 25 min/100C/speed 2 without the measuring cup to evaporate.
- If you want it seedless, strain half and return it to the mixing bowl.
- Check the setting point with a drop on a cold plate.
- Pack hot into sterilized jars and seal under vacuum.
Tips
- You can use frozen berries without thawing them first.
- Sterilize jars and lids for 10 minutes in boiling water.
- Store in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year.
