Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, currant)
  • 350 g sugar
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon pectin (optional)

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the berries in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
  2. Add the sugar and lemon juice, mix 5 sec/speed 3.
  3. Place the basket on the lid to prevent splashes.
  4. Set 25 min/100C/speed 2 without the measuring cup to evaporate.
  5. If you want it seedless, strain half and return it to the mixing bowl.
  6. Check the setting point with a drop on a cold plate.
  7. Pack hot into sterilized jars and seal under vacuum.

Tips

  • You can use frozen berries without thawing them first.
  • Sterilize jars and lids for 10 minutes in boiling water.
  • Store in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year.
