Ingredients
- 500 g cleaned strawberries
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the strawberries in the mixing bowl and blend 5 sec/speed 5 if you want them without chunks.
- Add the sugar and the lemon juice.
- Set 20 min/100°C/speed 1 without measuring cup and with the basket on the lid.
- Stir in the chia and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
- Pour hot into a sterilized glass jar.
- Seal, turn it over and let it cool upside down to create a vacuum.
Tips
- The chia helps thicken without so much sugar.
- Keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
