Ingredients

  • 500 g cleaned strawberries
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the strawberries in the mixing bowl and blend 5 sec/speed 5 if you want them without chunks.
  2. Add the sugar and the lemon juice.
  3. Set 20 min/100°C/speed 1 without measuring cup and with the basket on the lid.
  4. Stir in the chia and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
  5. Pour hot into a sterilized glass jar.
  6. Seal, turn it over and let it cool upside down to create a vacuum.

Tips

  • The chia helps thicken without so much sugar.
  • Keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
