Ingredients

  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 ml concentrated passion fruit juice
  • Pulp of 1 passion fruit for decorating

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the condensed milk, the cream and the passion fruit juice in the mixing bowl.
  2. Mix 40 sec/speed 5 until it thickens and becomes smooth.
  3. Check the texture; if it is liquid, mix a further 20 sec/speed 6.
  4. Divide the mousse among individual glasses.
  5. Refrigerate at least 3 hours to set.
  6. Decorate with fresh passion fruit pulp before serving.

Tips

  • The acid in the passion fruit thickens the mixture naturally.
  • Use concentrated juice for more intensity.
  • Serve very cold.
