Passion Fruit Mousse (Mousse de Maracujá)
Creamy, tangy passion fruit mousse with condensed milk.

Ingredients
- 395 g condensed milk
- 200 g cream
- 150 ml concentrated passion fruit juice
- Pulp of 1 passion fruit for decorating
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the condensed milk, the cream and the passion fruit juice in the mixing bowl.
- Mix 40 sec/speed 5 until it thickens and becomes smooth.
- Check the texture; if it is liquid, mix a further 20 sec/speed 6.
- Divide the mousse among individual glasses.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours to set.
- Decorate with fresh passion fruit pulp before serving.
Tips
- The acid in the passion fruit thickens the mixture naturally.
- Use concentrated juice for more intensity.
- Serve very cold.
