Potato parmentier
Creamy parmentier-style puree with a touch of nutmeg.

Ingredients
- 700 g potatoes
- 60 g butter
- 150 g milk
- 50 g cooking cream
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 500 g water
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put them in the basket.
- Put the water in the mixing bowl and insert the basket with the potatoes.
- Set 20 min/Varoma/speed 2 until they are very tender.
- Remove the basket and empty the water from the mixing bowl.
- Put the potatoes in the mixing bowl with the butter, the milk, the cream, the nutmeg, the salt and the pepper.
- Blend 30 sec/speed 4 until you obtain a fine and creamy puree.
- Adjust salt and serve hot.
Tips
- Do not blend too much or the puree will turn out gummy.
- For a vegan version replace butter with oil and the milk and cream with plant-based drink.
- Heat the milk beforehand so the puree turns out smoother.
