Ingredients
- 2.5 kg pork leg with skin
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 100 g bitter orange juice
- 60 g olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 bay leaves

- Put the garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, bitter orange juice and oil in the mixing bowl. Blend 15 sec/speed 7 to make the marinade.
- Make deep cuts in the pork leg and rub with the marinade, reaching well into the interior. Marinate covered in the fridge 12 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place the pork leg with the bay leaves in a baking dish, cover with foil.
- Bake 3 hours at 160°C.
- Remove the foil, raise to 200°C and bake 40 more min until the skin is crispy.
- Let rest 15 min before carving.
Tips
