Varoma salmon with vegetables
Steamed salmon fillets with julienned vegetables and dill.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (600 g)
- 1 zucchini in julienne
- 1 carrot in julienne
- 1 leek in julienne
- 600 g water
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 30 g extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the water and a few lemon slices in the mixing bowl to flavor the steam.
- Place the julienned vegetables on the base of the Varoma dish.
- Salt and pepper the salmon fillets and arrange them over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the dill and a few drops of lemon over the fish.
- Set the Varoma in place and program 18 min/Varoma/speed 2.
- Check the doneness of the salmon; it should be juicy and flake easily.
- Carefully remove the Varoma and plate the salmon over the vegetables.
- Drizzle with the raw olive oil and a little more dill before serving.
Tips
- The salmon is perfect when it is still slightly pink in the center.
- You can add asparagus or green beans to the vegetables.
- Dill pairs wonderfully with salmon.
