Mushroom sauce

Ingredients

  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 g of cooking cream
  • 60 g of white wine
  • 30 g of butter
  • Salt, pepper and parsley to taste

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the shallot and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the butter and saute 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
  3. Add the quartered mushrooms and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
  4. Add the wine and saute 6 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
  5. Pour in the cream, salt and pepper and set 6 min/90°C/speed 2.
  6. Blend 15 sec/speed 5 if you want it smooth or serve it chunky.

Tips

  • Sauteing the mushrooms well concentrates their flavor.
  • Use plant-based cream for a lighter version.
  • A teaspoon of mustard gives it a different touch.
