Ingredients
- 400 g of noodles cooked al dente
- 400 g of beef tenderloin in strips
- 1 onion sliced thin
- 1 red bell pepper in strips
- 2 green onions in pieces
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 piece of ginger (2 cm)
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce (sillao)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step

- Place the garlic and ginger in the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7. Set aside.
- Put the oil in the mixing bowl and heat 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add the seasoned meat and sear 5 min/120°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the garlic, ginger, onion and bell pepper and stir-fry 4 min/120°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the sillao and the sesame oil and cook 1 min/120°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the cooked noodles and the green onion, mix 2 min/100°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Adjust salt and pepper and serve very hot.
Tips
- Cook the noodles al dente so they do not break when stir-frying.
- High heat gives the smoky flavor typical of chifa.
- Use reverse so the noodles do not break.
