Homemade chocolate and cream bonbons coated in cocoa.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of dark chocolate
  • 150 ml of whipping cream
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of liqueur optional
  • pure cocoa powder for coating

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the chopped chocolate in the mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 8.
  2. Add the cream and the butter and program 4 min/50°C/speed 2.
  3. Add the liqueur and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
  4. Pour the ganache into a container and refrigerate 3 hours.
  5. Form little balls with two spoons or your hands.
  6. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
  7. Keep in the cold until serving.

Tips

  • Wet your hands with cold water to form the balls.
  • You can also coat them in coconut or chopped nuts.
