Chocolate truffles
Homemade chocolate and cream bonbons coated in cocoa.

Ingredients
- 250 g of dark chocolate
- 150 ml of whipping cream
- 30 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of liqueur optional
- pure cocoa powder for coating
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the chopped chocolate in the mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 8.
- Add the cream and the butter and program 4 min/50°C/speed 2.
- Add the liqueur and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
- Pour the ganache into a container and refrigerate 3 hours.
- Form little balls with two spoons or your hands.
- Coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
- Keep in the cold until serving.
Tips
- Wet your hands with cold water to form the balls.
- You can also coat them in coconut or chopped nuts.
