Mixed berry smoothie
Antioxidant smoothie of blueberries, raspberry and banana.

Ingredients
- 150 g frozen red berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 250 ml almond drink
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 4 ice cubes
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the red berries and the chopped banana in the mixing bowl.
- Add the almond drink, the chia, the agave and the ice.
- Blend 1 min/speed 5-10 progressive until smooth.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes so the chia hydrates.
- Stir and serve in tall, well-chilled glasses.
Tips
- Chia seeds provide fiber and omega 3.
- If it turns out too thick add a little more plant-based drink.
