Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen red berries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 250 ml almond drink
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 4 ice cubes

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the red berries and the chopped banana in the mixing bowl.
  2. Add the almond drink, the chia, the agave and the ice.
  3. Blend 1 min/speed 5-10 progressive until smooth.
  4. Let it rest for 2 minutes so the chia hydrates.
  5. Stir and serve in tall, well-chilled glasses.

Tips

  • Chia seeds provide fiber and omega 3.
  • If it turns out too thick add a little more plant-based drink.
