Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 300 ml milk
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon pure cocoa
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 4 ice cubes
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the chopped bananas in the mixing bowl.
- Add the milk, protein, cocoa and peanut butter.
- Blend 30 sec/speed 7.
- Add the ice and blend 20 sec/speed 8.
- Check the texture and adjust with more milk if you want it lighter.
- Serve immediately in tall glasses.
Tips
- Use oat drink for a vegan version.
