Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 180 g of melted butter
- 200 ml of milk
- 60 g of cocoa powder
- 1 sachet of baking powder (16 g)
- 150 g of dark chocolate for the glaze
- 50 ml of cream
- 1 pinch of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Preheat the oven to 175C and grease a bundt mold well.
- Add the eggs and the sugar and beat 2 min/speed 4.
- Add the melted butter and the milk and mix 30 sec/speed 3.
- Add the flour, the cocoa, the baking powder and the salt and mix 25 sec/speed 3.
- Pour into the mold and tap it to release bubbles.
- Bake 45 min at 175C and check with a toothpick.
- Let it cool for 15 min and unmold carefully.
- Melt the chocolate with the cream 3 min/50C/speed 2 and glaze the now cold ring.
Tips
- Grease every nook of the mold for a perfect unmolding.
- Do not unmold it hot or it breaks.
- The glaze works better with the sponge cold.
