Ingredients
- 200 g of Maria-type biscuits
- 400 g of condensed milk
- 300 ml of cream
- Juice of 4 lemons
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Milk to soak the biscuits
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Add the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice and mix 40 sec/speed 4.
- Add the zest and mix 5 sec/speed 3 until a thick cream.
- Lightly dip the biscuits in milk.
- Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom of a dish.
- Cover with a layer of lemon cream.
- Repeat layers of biscuit and cream finishing with cream.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours until it sets.
- Decorate with lemon zest before serving.
Tips
- The acid of the lemon thickens the cream, it needs no oven.
- Better to leave it from one day to the next.
- Serve it well chilled.
