60 g of nixtamalized corn flour (masa harina)
90 g of table chocolate (tablet)
700 g of milk
300 g of water
1 cinnamon stick
60 g of piloncillo or brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Put the water and the corn flour in the mixing bowl. Mix 30 sec/speed 5 to dissolve without lumps.
Add the milk, the cinnamon and the piloncillo.
Program 10 min/90°C/speed 3.
Add the diced table chocolate and the vanilla.
Program 8 min/90°C/speed 3 until the chocolate melts and the drink thickens.
Remove the cinnamon stick and mix 20 sec/speed 4 for a smooth texture.
