Ingredients
- 2 large french-style rolls
- 300 g of veal tenderloin, filleted
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 2 slices of mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato in slices
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Place the garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Mix with the mayonnaise and set aside.
- Season the tenderloin fillets with salt and pepper.
- On a hot griddle cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Sear the tenderloin 2 minutes per side on the same griddle.
- Fry the eggs on the griddle leaving the yolk runny.
- Melt the mozzarella over the tenderloin in the last minutes.
- Open the rolls, spread with the garlic mayonnaise and build with lettuce, tomato, tenderloin with cheese, ham, bacon and egg.
- Close the sandwich and serve with french fries.
Tips
- The tenderloin should stay juicy, do not overcook it.
- The plated version is served without bread, surrounded by side dishes.
- Add roasted bell peppers for more flavor.
