Spreadable avocado and lime cream
Creamy spreadable-style guacamole with a touch of lime.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- The juice of 1 lime
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 seeded tomato
- A few cilantro leaves
- Salt and a touch of chili to taste
Step-by-step

- Put the garlic and cilantro in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 6.
- Add the tomato and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
- Add the avocado pulp, lime juice, salt and chili.
- Blend 20 sec/speed 5 until you get a spreadable cream.
- Adjust the salt and lime to taste.
- Pour into a bowl and cover with cling film touching the surface so it does not oxidize.
- Refrigerate until serving.
Tips
- The lime juice prevents the avocado from darkening.
- Consume the same day to enjoy its color and freshness.
- Serve with nachos or as a base for toast.
