Flan Napolitano
Creamy condensed milk flan with caramel, soft and silky.

Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk (397 g)
- 1 can of evaporated milk (360 g)
- 200 g of cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 120 g of sugar for the caramel
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Prepare the caramel by melting the sugar in a pan until golden; pour it into a Varoma-suitable mold and set aside.
- Put the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the cream cheese, the eggs and the vanilla in the mixing bowl.
- Blend 30 sec/speed 6 until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Place the mold in the Varoma dish. Put 1000 g of water in the mixing bowl.
- Program 45 min/Varoma/speed 1 and check that the flan has set.
- Let it cool and refrigerate at least 4 hours before unmolding.
- Flip onto a plate so the caramel bathes the flan.
Tips
- Resting in the cold is essential for the flan to take on consistency.
- If a toothpick comes out clean when inserted, the flan is ready.
