Guacamole
Mexican avocado cream with tomato, lime and coriander.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 1 jalapeno chile
- 1 bunch coriander
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the onion, the jalapeno and the coriander in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
- Add the quartered tomato and chop 2 sec/speed 3, set aside in a bowl.
- Add the avocado flesh, the lime and the salt to the mixing bowl.
- Blend 8 sec/speed 4 leaving some texture.
- Mix the avocado with the reserved chopped mixture using a spatula.
- Adjust the salt and serve immediately.
Tips
- The lime keeps the avocado from oxidising.
- Serve freshly made for the best colour and flavour.
