Light flourless pancakes, ideal for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 120 g gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the oats in the mixing bowl and blend to flour 20 sec/speed 10.
- Add the bananas, eggs, milk, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Blend 30 sec/speed 6 until you get a smooth batter.
- Let the batter rest 5 minutes so it thickens.
- Cook spoonfuls of batter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Flip when bubbles appear and brown 1 more minute.
- Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
Tips
- Use certified gluten-free oats if you are celiac.
- Cook over medium heat because they brown quickly.
