Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 120 g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the oats in the mixing bowl and blend to flour 20 sec/speed 10.
  2. Add the bananas, eggs, milk, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. Blend 30 sec/speed 6 until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Let the batter rest 5 minutes so it thickens.
  5. Cook spoonfuls of batter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  6. Flip when bubbles appear and brown 1 more minute.
  7. Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.

Tips

  • Use certified gluten-free oats if you are celiac.
  • Cook over medium heat because they brown quickly.
