Ingredients
- 250 g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 sachet baking powder (16 g)
- 1 pinch of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
- Let the batter rest in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes so the baking powder activates.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with a few drops of butter.
- Pour a ladle of batter and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Flip and cook 1 more minute on the other side.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter and keep them warm.
- Serve stacked with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
Tips
- Do not overmix the batter so they stay fluffy.
- Use medium heat so they brown without burning.
