Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 1 sachet baking powder (16 g)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
  2. Let the batter rest in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes so the baking powder activates.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with a few drops of butter.
  4. Pour a ladle of batter and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
  5. Flip and cook 1 more minute on the other side.
  6. Repeat with the rest of the batter and keep them warm.
  7. Serve stacked with maple syrup and fresh fruit.

Tips

  • Do not overmix the batter so they stay fluffy.
  • Use medium heat so they brown without burning.
