Tzatziki
Fresh Greek sauce of yogurt, cucumber and garlic with olive oil.

Ingredients
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 handful fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Put the cucumber in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
- Salt the cucumber and let it drain for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
- Add the garlic and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
- Add the yogurt, the oil, the vinegar, the dill and the salt.
- Mix 20 sec/speed 3 without blending completely.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Tips
- Draining the cucumber well prevents the sauce from being watery.
- Serve with pita bread or grilled meats.
