Ingredients

  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 handful fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the cucumber in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 4.
  2. Salt the cucumber and let it drain for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
  3. Add the garlic and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
  4. Add the yogurt, the oil, the vinegar, the dill and the salt.
  5. Mix 20 sec/speed 3 without blending completely.
  6. Chill 30 minutes before serving.

Tips

  • Draining the cucumber well prevents the sauce from being watery.
  • Serve with pita bread or grilled meats.
