Ingredients
- 500 g cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons yellow aji paste
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 slices of sandwich bread
- 300 ml milk
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 30 g walnuts
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Soak the bread in the milk outside the mixing bowl for 5 minutes.
- Put onion and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 5.
- Saute with the oil 6 min/120°C/spoon speed.
- Add the yellow aji paste and cook 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add the bread with the milk and the walnuts and blend 40 sec/speed 6.
- Set the cream 8 min/90°C/speed 2 until it thickens.
- Add the shredded chicken and the cheese and mix 4 min/90°C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Serve with white rice, boiled potato and olives.
Tips
- Adjust the amount of aji to the desired heat.
- Garnish with sliced boiled egg.
