Creole stir-fry of beef with onion, tomato and french fries.

Ingredients

  • 600 g of beef tenderloin in strips
  • 2 red onions in wedges
  • 2 tomatoes in wedges
  • 1 aji amarillo in strips
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (sillao)
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • French fries to accompany
  • Chopped cilantro, salt and pepper
  • Cooked white rice to serve

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Place the garlic in the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7. Set aside.
  2. Put the oil in the mixing bowl and heat 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
  3. Add the meat seasoned with salt and pepper and saute 5 min/120°C/reverse/spoon speed to sear it.
  4. Add the garlic, onion and aji amarillo and stir-fry 4 min/120°C/reverse/spoon speed.
  5. Add the sillao and the vinegar and cook 2 min/120°C/reverse/spoon speed.
  6. Add the tomato and mix 1 min/reverse/spoon speed so it does not fall apart.
  7. Sprinkle cilantro and serve with french fries and white rice.

Tips

  • The secret is high and fast heat so the meat stays juicy.
  • Do not mix too much so the onion and tomato stay whole.
  • Use reverse so the ingredients do not fall apart.
