Ingredients
- 500 g of beef sirloin in strips
- 3 sausages in slices
- 600 g of potatoes in fried sticks
- 1 large onion in julienne
- 2 tomatoes in wedges
- 1 locoto in strips
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 3 hard-boiled eggs in quarters
- Oil, salt, cumin and pepper
- Chopped parsley
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Chop garlic and onion 4 sec/speed 5 and set aside half the raw onion.
- Saute garlic with a little onion and oil 5 min/120C/spoon speed.
- Add the meat in strips with cumin, salt and pepper and cook 6 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
- Add the sausages, mustard and soy sauce and cook 4 min/100C/reverse/spoon speed.
- Fry the potato sticks separately until golden and crisp.
- In a dish place the french fries as a base.
- Cover with the meat and sausages with their juices.
- Scatter raw onion, tomato, locoto, hard-boiled egg and parsley on top; serve hot.
Tips
- The secret is the contrast between hot potato and fresh raw vegetables.
- Adjust the locoto to taste; it provides the characteristic heat.
- Serve it to share in the center of the table.
