Ingredients

  • 500 g of beef sirloin in strips
  • 3 sausages in slices
  • 600 g of potatoes in fried sticks
  • 1 large onion in julienne
  • 2 tomatoes in wedges
  • 1 locoto in strips
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs in quarters
  • Oil, salt, cumin and pepper
  • Chopped parsley

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Chop garlic and onion 4 sec/speed 5 and set aside half the raw onion.
  2. Saute garlic with a little onion and oil 5 min/120C/spoon speed.
  3. Add the meat in strips with cumin, salt and pepper and cook 6 min/Varoma/reverse/spoon speed.
  4. Add the sausages, mustard and soy sauce and cook 4 min/100C/reverse/spoon speed.
  5. Fry the potato sticks separately until golden and crisp.
  6. In a dish place the french fries as a base.
  7. Cover with the meat and sausages with their juices.
  8. Scatter raw onion, tomato, locoto, hard-boiled egg and parsley on top; serve hot.

Tips

  • The secret is the contrast between hot potato and fresh raw vegetables.
  • Adjust the locoto to taste; it provides the characteristic heat.
  • Serve it to share in the center of the table.
