Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml milk
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon raisins

Step-by-step

Choose your robot:
  1. Put the quartered apple in the mixing bowl and grate 6 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the oats, milk, yogurt and honey.
  3. Mix 15 sec/reverse/speed 2 so as not to blend the oats.
  4. Stir in the raisins and mix 5 sec/reverse/speed 1.
  5. Transfer to a container and refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning stir and divide into bowls with the chopped walnuts.

Tips

  • The reverse keeps the oats whole.
  • Add fresh red berries when serving.
