Ingredients
- 250 g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 80 g melted butter
- 40 g sugar
- 1 sachet baking powder (16 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Step-by-step
Choose your robot:
- Separate the egg whites and set them aside in a bowl.
- Put the yolks, milk, butter, sugar and vanilla in the mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix 20 sec/speed 4.
- Place the butterfly, add the egg whites and whip to stiff peaks 3 min/speed 3.5.
- Fold the egg whites into the batter with gentle movements.
- Pour the batter into the hot waffle iron and cook until golden.
- Serve with icing sugar, cream or fruit.
Tips
- Wash the mixing bowl well before whipping the egg whites.
- Do not open the waffle iron too soon so they do not break.
